BOOTH INFO | SUPPLIES

Craft Vendor Tents:

All craft vendors will be provided a white, peaked 10’x10’ 10’x20’ or 20’x20’ tent. Along with the tent, you will be supplied tent walls and weights and a limited amount of tables and chairs. 


Additional tables and chairs available for an additional charge.


 Power is NOT included in craft vendor tents and is available for $100 Additional vendor wristbands are $25.00 


Food Vendor Tents:

Based on application requests and availability, food vendors will be provided a white, peaked 10’x10’ or 10’x20’ tent or a space your own food truck or trailer. Unless otherwise noted, each food vendor booth will have an additional 10’ deep area for back of house. 

Food Vendors will have to buy power for $150


PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS

The festival requires a 50% deposit due immediately upon acceptance of vendor application. Balance remainder due by August 15th 2018.


OVERNIGHT SECURITY

The festival does provide overnight security. Ultimately, vendors are responsible for securing their property.


GREENING GUIDELINES

Use of compostable products is mandatory. In order to comply with these greening initiatives, styrofoam and plastic food service ware is not permitted. Approved items include paper cups and plates that are compostable, and other items found here. We appreciate your support in our recycling and composting program!


LOAD IN/ TEAR DOWN

You are required to check in and setup Friday September 14th between 10am - 6pm. No vendors will be allowed to setup after Friday evening. Tear down is Monday September 17th.


LODGING | TRAVEL

All lodging and travel is the responsibility of the vendor. No vendor camping is provided. Departure date is at your preference, but generally it’s easiest to leave on the Monday following the conclusion of the event.


INSURANCE | PERMITS

Each vendor must provide a compliant Certificate of Insurance in order to participate. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to research local and state requirements regarding selling.
